Our culture is focused on helping team members excel personally, professionally, and financially.

  • Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary role involves following up on leads to convert them into loyal customers. You will proactively engage with both current and prospective clients, ensuring all their product needs are met with exceptional service.

  • Key Responsibilities: Actively call and follow-up on leads from various sources and funnels.. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators through active engagement and behaviors. Successfully convert leads into customers by effectively presenting our products. Diligently track and report activities within the CRM pipeline. Exceed customer expectations in service and communication. Engage in continuous sales training aligned with the company’s 10X culture. Uphold and represent Next Level Supplies' Core Values in all interactions. Contribute to various projects as assigned by management.

  • Work Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours as needed.
